Johanna Leung is a UK based clarinettist, classically trained and specialising in classical and contemporary music.  She graduated from the RNCM as a Master of Performance.  Johanna will be accompanied by pianist Iwan Owen who also graduated from the RNCM.  An evening of the old and the new.

Ethan Loch is a 20 year old piano prodigy who was a finalist in the BBC Young Musician of the Year in 2022.  He also won the Scottish International Piano Competition in 2019 and was a finalist in the EPTA Belgium International Piano Competition in 2018.  His programme will include pieces from Debussy, Brahms, Liszt and Gluck, together with some of Ethan's own compositions.

Northerly Winds (NW5) have played to much acclaim since their formation, with performances across the North West.  The ensemble is formed from top freelance musicians who play with major British orchestras.  Their love for music , especially chamber music has brought them together.

Following the success of our Spring Evening at the Opera concert in March 2025, we are pleased to welcome back Imogen Garner (mezzo) and Joseph Buckmaster (Tenor) who will be joined for this concert by Terence Ayebare (baritone).  They will be accompanied by pianist John Gough for a celebration of operatic arias and duets from Mozart, Bizet, Rossini, Puccini, Verdi and others.  A fun and entertaining evening to start our Autumn Series.

Lewis enjoys a busy life as a working musician, organisisng projects as both soloist and collaborator.  He plays a wide variety of music from classical to jazz and the avant-garde.  His programme will explore the rich and intimate world of salon music with pieces from Schubert, Chopin, Grieg, Sibelius, Palmgren and Mayerl.

Lucia Strings were very well received when they played for us as a quintet in February 2025 and are now returning as a quartet.  Their programme will included pieces from Dvorak, Haydn and Beethoven.
